    Seafood always feels so fancy but it doesn't have to be! We are not huge fish eaters but we do love shell fish. Shrimp, scallops and crab legs are definitely at the top of the list. Shrimp literally takes minutes to cook and is always so tender and delicious. From scampi to kabobs or a simple shrimp cocktail its always easy and delish.
