Why You'll Love This Recipe

Ingredients You Will Need
Mango: Mangos are tropical stone fruits known for their sweet and juicy flavor. They pair well with chicken thighs, especially in marinades, due to their natural sweetness that complements the savory taste of the chicken. The sweetness offers a delicious contrast when used in conjunction with spicier flavors too.
Ketchup: I prefer unsweetened ketchup that allows the true sweetness from the tomatoes to shine through.
Apple cider vinegar: Apple cider vinegar, a type of vinegar made from fermented apple juice, adds a tangy acidity and fruity undertones to dishes like a summer slaw, enhancing its flavor with a refreshing kick.
Coconut aminos: A gluten free and soy-free alternative to traditional soy sauce, coconut aminos bring a rich umami flavor and a subtle saltiness and sweetness to a dish.
Garlic powder: Garlic powder is simply dehydrated cloves of garlic that have been pulverized into a powder form. It is best for when you want a milder flavor that will also coat meats easier for sautéing or quickly frying.
Onion powder: Adds a sweet and savory flavor to certain dishes that you can’t get from fresh onions.
Instructions
Blend the sauce: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.

I had to make this ASAP when I saw it, and did so. Unbelievably easy and quick to whip up and no obscure ingredients. I basted my chicken halfway through with the sauce and the smell of the sauce whet my appetite. The chicken turned out fantastic and flavorful. I served it with Penny's Cauliflower Tabbouleh for a perfect meal. I'll be making a lot of this sauce.
