This beautiful Buffalo Cauliflower has only 3 ingredients and is ready in no time! It's cooked in the air fryer and makes quite a statement on a plate as a whole head. It has the most perfectly crisp outer edges and soft tender insides. I serve it with a squeeze of fresh lime and ranch dressing for dipping.
INGREDIENTS
1 large head cauliflower, trim leaves and stem so it sits flat
1/2 cup or more Buffalo sauce, I like The New Primal
so you can choose your own heat - mild, medium or hot!
1 lime, cut in wedges
Avocado oil spray
