Do you love buffalo sauce? This is the recipe for you! These Buffalo Fried Green Tomatoes are crazy delicious and perfect for all those leftover tomatoes in your garden. Don't forget to make the Buffalo Remoulade Sauce for dipping! I love having these with fried eggs too. So easy and so flavorful!
INGREDIENTS
4-5 Green Tomatoes, sliced 1/4" thick
1 egg
2 Tbsp Buffalo Sauce, I like The New Primal
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup arrowroot powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2-3/4 cup avocado oil, for frying

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, whisk wet ingredients
In another bowl, whisk dry ingredients
Heat oil in a large skillet
Dip tomato slices in egg mix
Dip tomato slices in flour mix
Gently place in hot oil
Cook 4-5 minutes per side or till golden brown
Move to paper towel lined plate
