This Carne Asada recipe is probably my favorite way to enjoy steak! The flavors are so incredible and the steak just melts in your mouth! If you love Chipotle's Carne Asada bowl you can now make your own at home. The secret here is to let that meat marinate over night in this incredibly easy marinade! I grilled the meat but you can pan sear it as well.

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs beef flank or sirloin tips, I like Greensbury Market
1/2 cup red onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 tblsp adobo spice, I use Primal Palate
1 tblsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt (only if adobo is unsalted)
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tblsp avocado oil

Cover with foil and let rest 10 minutes (do not skip this step!)

Cut into thin slices

Enjoy!
