Soup season is my favorite and I especially love to have a batch of this Chicken "Noodle" Soup in the freezer at all times! No one likes to wake up not feeling well and then have to think about cooking! With this soup on hand not only will you feel better but you don’t have to cook! I even make double batches as it freezes so well!
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs chicken breast, cooked & shredded, I like Greensbury Market
1 tbsp ghee, I like Fourth & Heart
4 large carrots, sliced
4 celery ribs, sliced
1/2 cup onion, diced (1 small onion)
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 cups chicken bone broth, I like Kettle & Fire
14.5 o can hearts of palm "spaghetti", I like Julias Farms
1/2 bunch fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried dill)
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS

Melt ghee in a large pot
Add onions and saute till soft
Add garlic and stir one minute
Add broth, celery and carrots and bring to a slow boil
Add chicken, "noodles" and spices
Simmer on low about 30 minutes
