How's that for an all in one pan (well basket) dinner that is bursting with flavor. Grab some dipping sauces and dig in! This recipe is very versatile too. Swap the potatoes for sweet potatoes, Brussels for cauliflower and even sausage for the chicken apple sausage! The whole family will love this one. It's also delicious left over with fried eggs for breakfast!
