Classic Coleslaw

This recipe is Whole30, Paleo, Gluten, and Dairy Free.

I've shared so many variations of coleslaw that I thought it was time I updated my Classic Coleslaw and got it on the blog too. Just 5 simple ingredients and a few spices and you have an amazing creamy slaw that's a crunchy and delicious side for most anything! I even serve it as a side with my Buffacue Turkey Balls! It's even better the second and third day!


1/2 small head green cabbage, shredded, about 6 cups
1/2 small head red cabbage, shredded, about 6 cups
2 cups carrot stix
1/2 cup avocado mayonnaise
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, or 3 if you like it tangy
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, celery seed, salt & pepper

In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots

Pour mayonnaise mixture over and toss well to combine
