Cocktail Sausage Kabobs

This recipe is Whole30, Paleo, Gluten, and Dairy Free.

These Cocktail Sausage Kabobs were just as fun to make as they are to eat! Only 5 ingredients not including oil and spice. The whole family including the kiddos went nuts over these kabobs and devoured their veggies!














INGREDIENTS

2 pkgs cocktail sausages (about 36-40)
1 lb baby potatoes (about 22-25)
1 lb mini peppers (about 22-25)
1 red onion cut in chunks
6 oz mustard bbq sauce, plus extra for dipping
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

Mix oil, salt & garlic in a large bowl
Toss potatoes & peppers in & set aside
In another bowl, toss cocktail sausages in mustard bbq sauce
Assemble kabobs, 2 sausages, pepper, onion, potato till you have 6 sausages & 3 each of veggies
Grill for about 15 minutes turning every few minutes
Brush with leftover sauce from bowl
