EBTB "Cream Cheese" & Lox Log

This recipe is Whole30, Paleo, Gluten, and Dairy Free.

Growing up Christmas morning meant everything bagels with cream cheese & lox and all the trimmings! I've missed that and now I can enjoy it once again without the grains or dairy! You are going to love this EBTB "Cream Cheese" & Lox Log spread. It is so easy and so delicious. Enjoy it on lettuce "buns" with onions, capers & tomatoes or spread on crackers!





INGREDIENTS

16 oz dairy free "cream cheese" spread, I like Kite Hill
8 oz smoked salmon (lox), diced
3 tbsp fresh chives, chopped (plus a little extra for garnish)
Everything but the bagel seasoning for rolling the log in, I like The New Primal
Capers for serving
Red onion, diced, for serving

DIRECTIONS

Combine in a bowl, cream cheese, lox & chives
Mix well with wooden spoon
Using a piece of parchment paper, make a log roll
Sprinkle with EBTB seasoning and roll to cover entire log
Carefully move to serving dish and garnish with remaining chives
