I have been making this Guacamole since I was a teenager. It is so simple and so delicious that I could eat it every single day! Give it a try and I promise you will be making it all the time!
2 large, ripe avocados
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 small tomato, diced
(leave as many seeds behind as you can)
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp cumin or more to taste
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 tblsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Mash avocado in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
**PRO TIP** Leave the pit in the guacamole and store it in a glass container to keep it from turning brown.
