Say aloha to your new favorite summer salad! This island broccoli slaw with crunchy macadamia nuts, sweet pineapple, yellow kiwi and the most delicious tangy dressing is just what your summer barbecues are screaming for! This is the best make ahead salad too as it's even better the next day! I cannot wait for you all to try this one!







INGREDIENTS

12 oz broccoli slaw, prepackaged
1 1/2 cups pineapple, diced
1 cup macadamia nuts, unsalted
2 celery ribs, diced
2 kiwi, diced, I like sun gold
1 orange bell pepper, diced
DRESSING:
1/2 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
1/4 cup non dairy sour cream
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS


Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well

Add all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss

Pour dressing over salad and toss well
