This Jalapeño Pulled Pork made in the instapot so perfect for those hot days when you don’t want to turn the oven on. This pork is bursting with flavor and can be enjoyed all week long as sliders, tacos, on a salad or stuffed in a sweet potato.
3-4 lb pork loin or butt, cut in 4 pieces, I like Butcher Box
1 large onion, chopped
10 oz jar Saucy Lips Jalapeño Apple
6 oz chicken bone broth, I like Kettle & Fire
1 tblsp ground cumin
1 tblsp garlic powder
1 tblsp cilantro
1 tsp salt

Mix spice in a small bowl
Rub all over pork pieces
Pour jar of sauce and chicken broth in bottom of instapot
Place onions in
Lay pork pieces in a single layer, if possible
Set instapot to high and cook one hour
Natural release 25-30 minutes
Remove & shred pork
Add back to pot and mix with juices
