This Korean Beef Is David's favorite recipe and every single time he sees me grabbing ground beef from the freezer he does a happy dance and says "Korean Beef tonight?" The flavor is so incredible and and it comes together in no time! So many options how to serve this too! Over cauliflower rice, baked sweet potato rounds to make sliders or even over stir fried veggies! No matter how you serve it I promise you will coming back to make this one over and over again!
INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp sesame oil
3/4 cup coconut aminos
1/2 cup onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
4 dates soaked and pureed
1 tbsp arrowroot powder
green onion slices and sesame seeds for garnishing

DIRECTIONS

Mix in a small bowl, coconut aminos, onion, garlic, ginger, date puree and chili pepper flakes and set aside.
Brown beef in sesame oil and drain liquid.
Whisk arrowroot into coconut aminos mixture and add to pan stirring in well.
Simmer 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and sauce is thickened.
