I love salsas! Whether they are savory and spicy or fruity with just the right amount of heat! This Mango Salsa is easy to make and so delicious! You can enjoy it with plantain chips, over shredded chicken or grilled chicken, fish or pork and it's especially delicious over tacos. It's fresh, sweet and spicy and perfect any day of the week!
2 mangoes, diced
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced fine
1 lime, juiced
1 jalepeño, seeded & diced fine (leave seeds in for extra heat)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
