Meatballs

This recipe is Whole30, Paleo, Gluten, and Dairy Free.

Everyone loves a delicious Meatball and everyone has their own special recipe. This is my Whole30 version and the hottest recipe on my Instagram Page! What makes them so special? They are made with just 4 ingredients plus salt and pepper. Simple and delicious are two of my favorite words and you cannot get any easier than this. Give it try and see what all the hype is about!





INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef, I like Greensbury Market
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
avocado oil for cooking

DIRECTIONS

Whisk egg in a large bowl.

Add onion, flour, salt and pepper, mix again.

Add beef working in with your hands till just combined.

Roll into about 18-20 meatballs.

Heat a couple of tblsp of avocado oil in a large pan.

Place meatballs in and do not touch for 2 minutes, flip and cook 2 minutes longer.

Add your favorite sauce and simmer 30 minutes.
