No Bake Nut Butter Bars

This recipe is Paleo, Gluten, and Dairy Free.

Ready for a quick and easy treat? These 6 ingredient, No Bake Nut Butter Bars are the perfect treat! Made with your choice of nut butter with the most delicious dairy free, refined sugar free dark chocolate topping that are ready in less than 30 minutes! My family loves this healthy sweet treat. They are delicious frozen too!


1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup nut butter of choice (drier nut butter works best)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 tsp coconut oil
1 cup chocolate chips, I used dairy free, refined sugar free
flaky salt, optional but recommended, I like Primal Palate

Combine in a food processor, nut butter, maple syrup, pecans, coconut oil, process till crumbly

In a bowl, mix flour with nut butter mixture, using hands to knead together

Press mixture into an 8 X 8 pan for thinner bars or 5 X 8 for a little thicker bars

Freeze 5-10 minutes

Meanwhile, melt chocolate in microwave or over a double boiler

Remove from freezer and pour chocolate over, spreading with spatula to cover

Sprinkle with flaky salt

Freeze for another 10-15 minutes

Cut into desired sized bars

Best kept refrigerated or frozen
