Orange Poppyseed Dressing

This recipe is Whole30, Paleo, Gluten, and Dairy Free.

Homemade dressings are the best and this Orange Poppyseed Dressing can be whipped up in less than 5 minutes and pairs so well with a delicious spinach salad with strawberries, blueberries and pecans! You can even add grilled chicken or steak!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup orange juice, unsweetened
2 tbsp avocado oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp poppyseeds

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients (except poppyseeds) in high speed blender till smooth and creamy

Add poppyseeds and blend briefly

to mix them in
