When that beautiful garden is overflowing with fresh basil this is the recipe for you! Do you love a good Pesto? This one takes less than five minutes to make and is so tasty! Good olive oil and fresh sweet basil make all the difference in the world! Pesto is so delicious mixed into fresh pasta, over grilled chicken or even served on fresh tomato slices. Once you try it you will be making it over and over again!





INGREDIENTS

2 cups fresh sweet basil
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup olive oil
pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients in food processor till smooth but not pureed
