Wings are a family favorite here and we could eat them once a week or more! I am always creating different flavor combinations and this one is by far the most flavorful and delicious! (even if I do say that about all of my recipes!!) You only need three ingredients to make these Pineapple Mango Mole Wings! They are a little bit sweet with a little bit of heat and finger licking good! Instructions for baked and air fried included.

INGREDIENTS
3 lbs chicken wings, I like Butcher Box
1 - 8 oz pouch Mole sauce, I like Saucy Lips
4 oz Pineapple Mango Jam, I like St. Dalfours
(peach or apricot will work too)
Green onions sliced for garnish
Sprinkle salt, optional

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400
Line a large baking pan with parchment.
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
Place on pan not touching each other
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake 45 minutes.
Meanwhile heat sauce and jam in a pan stirring till combined.
Remove a ramekin full for extra dipping.
When the wings are done toss them in the sauce and return to baking pan and bake another 15 minutes.
Garnish with green onions.
Enjoy!

*NOTE*
Alternately air fry wings 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Toss in sauce and air fry about 3-4 minutes more till crispy.
