Don’t you just love a good slow cooker recipe? There is something to be said for placing ingredients in a slow cooker, enjoying the delicious smells through the house and then sitting down to enjoy it! This Pineapple Thai Pulled Pork is so easy and delicious! I like to serve it with one of my coleslaw recipes for a complete meal. Want it spicier, add a few jalapeños to the pot! Either way everyone will love it.

3-4 lb pork loin or shoulder, I like Rastelli's
1 large onion, sliced in 1/4" wedges
3 cloves garlic, peeled & crushed
10 oz Pineapple Thai Sauce, I like Saucy Lips
15 oz can pineapple slices with juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
