Heat sesame oil in large skillet

Add spice and stir 30 seconds

Add shrimp and toss to coat in spice cooking 2 minutes each side and move to a plate

Add cabbage, carrots, onions and pepper and cook till cabbage begins to get soft but do not over cook as you want some crunch for texture

Add pineapple and Thai pineapple sauce and lime juice

Stir well to combine

Add shrimp back to pan with cilantro, cover and simmer 2-3 minutes just long enough for shrimp to reheat

Garnish with lime slices
