If you love shrimp and flavor and one pan meals then this Pineapple Thai Shrimp dish is for you! So much flavor and texture. I love that Saucy Lips sauces pack so much flavor and are so versatile! This dish comes together quick and is super easy too!
INGREDIENTS
1 lb shrimp, deveined and tails off
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 cups purple cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrot, shredded
1 red bell pepper, diced
4-5 green onions, sliced
1 cup pineapple, cut in pieces or canned chunks, can use more if you like
1 large lime, half juiced, half sliced
5 oz Saucy Lips Pineapple Thai Sauce
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Heat sesame oil in large skillet
Add spice and stir 30 seconds
Add shrimp and toss to coat in spice cooking 2 minutes each side and move to a plate
Add cabbage, carrots, onions and pepper and cook till cabbage begins to get soft but do not over cook as you want some crunch for texture
Add pineapple and Thai pineapple sauce and lime juice
Stir well to combine
Add shrimp back to pan with cilantro, cover and simmer 2-3 minutes just long enough for shrimp to reheat
Garnish with lime slices
