Roast Beef

This recipe is Whole30, Paleo, Gluten, and Dairy Free.

This is the only Roast Beef recipe you will ever need! Why you ask? Because it comes out chef's kiss perfect every.single.time. I like to serve it with a simple mushroom au jus and Whipped Mashed Potatoes to soak up all the deliciousness!






INGREDIENTS

3-4 lb roast beef
olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard powder

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 450˚
Combine spices in a bowl
Rub roast with olive oil and coat with spices
Place roast on a wire rack in a shallow baking pan
Bake 15 minutes at 450˚ & lower heat to 325˚ & bake 1 hour more or until thermometer reads 125˚ for rare
Remove from oven & cover with foil for 15 minutes
Slice thinly & serve
