This Sausage, Butternut & Apple Skillet Breakfast has been on rotation here for over three years now! We love it that much! Its bursting with flavor, texture and is delicious with or without fried eggs on top! It also makes a nice amount so there is enough for breakfast all week long!











INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground sausage, I like Butcher Box
1 lb butternut, cubed and pre roasted
2 pink lady apples, cored and diced
5 oz fresh baby spinach
5 green onions, sliced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sage

DIRECTIONS

Brown sausage in a large saute pan breaking apart.

Add onions, apples and spice stirring well.

Cook 5 minutes.

Add pre cooked butternut, stir and cook 5 minutes .

Add spinach, stirring till wilted.
