This Smoky Joe's recipe is so perfect for those busy weeknights when you just ran out of time and don’t want to make a fancy dinner! If you air fry your potatoes this dish is done in 30 minutes! The ground chicken blended with peppers and onions and smoky bbq sauce makes the most delicious meal! It's also really yummy over cauliflower rice.

1 lb ground chicken or beef, I like Butcher Box
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup ketchup, I like The New Primal
1 cup Smoky BBQ sauce, I like The New Primal
2 tblsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Heat oil in skillet.

Add onions and peppers and saute till

they are soft.

Add chicken, breaking apart and cooking till no longer pink.

Add ketchup, BBQ sauce and spices.

Stir till well incorporated and simmer on low till sauce thickens.
