Spiced Apple Pork Patties

This recipe is Whole30, Paleo, Gluten, and Dairy Free.

These little Spiced Apple Pork Patties are bursting with flavor and every bite reminds me of all the wonderful warm spices of fall. Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and ginger combined with apples to make the tastiest little breakfast patties you've ever had! They were so good that David asked me to make them into full sized burgers for breakfast sandwiches! You have to try these!

INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground pork
1 large apple, peeled, cored and diced
(I used honey crisp)

1 egg
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
6 leaves fresh sage, chopped or 1 tsp dried
