Chicken salad is something I never get tired of! This Tzatziki Chicken Salad is so fresh and light and just so delicious. If you are a Tzatziki sauce fan then you will fall in love with the flavors in this salad!
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, roasted and chopped, I like Greensbury Market
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup dairy free yogurt, I like Foragers
1 English cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
1 tblsp fresh lemon juice
2 tblsp fresh dill or 2 tsp dried
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl mix mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper
Add cucumbers and onion and mix well
Add chicken and toss till combined
