Burger Bowls

Penny Kovacs
These Burger Bowls are just so fun, easy and so delicious that you will find yourself wanting them at least once a week! Everyone likes to put their own spin on this dish and mine is in the sauce. Sautéing the onions rather than serving them raw elevates the flavor of the beef. Dill pickles are a must for the full on burger effect! Of course there is bacon too. The whole family will love this one! I promise!
