Method
- Heat ghee in a 5 quart pot.
- Add onion, cooking till onions are translucent.
- Add broth and creole sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then lower to a slow boil.
- Add sausage, hearts of palm rice and simmer 5 minutes.
- Add spinach, stirring till wilted.
- Add coconut cream and salt to taste.
- Stir well to combine and heat through.
- Add shrimp and simmer 5 minutes.
