Dill Pickle Turkey Salad

Transform that leftover Thanksgiving turkey into the most flavorful dill pickle turkey salad that comes together in about 15 minutes! It's dill-lightfully delicious! No turkey left? You can make this with chicken too!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Turkey or Chicken shredded or diced large
  • ¼ cup Onion diced
  • ½ cup Celery diced
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Pickle Juice
  • ½ cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dill, fresh chopped
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt if needed as the pickles help salt this salad

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients by shredding or dicing the turkey, dicing the onion, celery, pickles and dill.
  • In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, pickle juice, dill, salt and pepper.
  • Add the turkey, onion, celery, and pickles and mix thoroughly to coat all of the turkey meat with the mayonnaise mixture.
  • Enjoy!
