3 cups Turkey or Chicken shredded or diced large ¼ cup Onion diced ½ cup Celery diced 1 cup Dill Pickles chopped 2 tablespoon Pickle Juice ½ cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Dill, fresh chopped ½ tsp Black Pepper ½ teaspoon Salt if needed as the pickles help salt this salad

Prepare the ingredients by shredding or dicing the turkey, dicing the onion, celery, pickles and dill.
In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, pickle juice, dill, salt and pepper.
Add the turkey, onion, celery, and pickles and mix thoroughly to coat all of the turkey meat with the mayonnaise mixture.
