Transform that leftover Thanksgiving turkey into the most flavorful dill pickle turkey salad that comes together in about 15 minutes! It's dill-lightfully delicious! No turkey left? You can make this with chicken too!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Turkey or Chicken shredded or diced large
  • 1/4 cup Onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Celery diced
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Pickle Juice
  • 1/2 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dill, fresh chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt if needed as the pickles help salt this salad

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients by shredding or dicing the turkey, dicing the onion, celery, pickles and dill.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, pickle juice, dill, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the turkey, onion, celery, and pickles and mix thoroughly to coat all of the turkey meat with the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Enjoy!
