EBTB "Tortilla" Chips

I'm going to share a funny story about these EBTB "Tortilla" Chips. I made these while David was out running errands. When he got home all he saw was a bowl of salsa and a bowl of chips. He immediately tried one and said "Wow did you make that salsa, it's so good." I said "No, I made the chips." He literally started looking around for a bag of chips! He was blown away when I told him they were egg wraps that I made into chips! You gotta try it to believe it!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Everything Bagel Egg White Wraps I like Egglife Wraps, cut in triangle wedges
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350˚
  • Line a rimmed pan with parchment paper.
  • Cut the wraps into triangles and lay them out on a pan not touching, may have to do this in batches.
  • Brush lightly with oil being sure to cover entire "chip".
  • Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake 20 minutes flipping half way through. May take a little longer or less depending on your oven. Watch them near the end for desired crispness as they can over bake quickly!
  • Enjoy!
