Gluten Free Buffalo Cauliflower

Buffalo cauliflower is one of my favorite ways to enjoy cauliflower. You have all loved my air fryer version so I decided to try this skillet recipe and boy is it ever delish!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cauliflower, whole head medium, cut into large florets & then sliced
  • ¼ cup Ghee
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Organic Buffalo Seasoning Noble Made, use more if you like it hot
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Shop

Instructions
 

  • Place cauliflower in large skillet
  • Sprinkle with buffalo spice, nutritional yeast and salt
  • Drop dollops of ghee all around pan
  • Cook on medium high heat
  • Toss to coat with ghee as it starts to melt
  • Once combined allow to sit a few minutes then toss to crisp up other side
  • Serve and enjoy!
