Homemade dressings are the best and this Orange Poppy Seed Dressing can be whipped up in less than 5 minutes and pairs so well with a delicious spinach salad with strawberries, blueberries and pecans! You can even add grilled chicken or steak!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Orange Juice unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Poppy Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients (except poppy seeds) in high speed blender till smooth and creamy.
  • Add poppy seeds and blend briefly to mix them in.
  • Enjoy!
