Method
- Roast your chicken if you do not have pre-cooked ready to go.
- Cube the roasted chicken breast into small bite size pieces.
- Toss diced apples in lemon juice, set aside.
- Combine mayonnaise in large bowl with all spice, mix well.
- Add chicken, onion, celery and cranberries, tossing well.
- Add apples and almonds, tossing gently with rubber spatula so almonds don’t break apart.
- Enjoy!
