Apple cinnamon spiced nuts are a cozy, autumn-inspired snack combining the hearty crunch of roasted tree nuts with the sweet, warming flavors of apple pie. They offer a perfect balance of savory and sweet, featuring a crisp, candied glaze. Your house will smell amazing too!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almonds, raw
  • 1 cup Walnuts, raw
  • 1 cup Pecans, raw
  • 1 cup Cashews, raw
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee melted
  • 2 Tbsp Maple sugar or coconut sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cinnamon Seasoning I like Primal Palate
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚ and line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine in a large bowl, all of the nuts, maple sugar, kosher salt, and toss well.
  3. Pour the melted ghee over and toss well to coat the nut mixture.
  4. Spread them evenly on the sheet pan.
  5. Roast for 20 minutes tossing half way through.
  6. Let cool completely on the pan, tossing and spreading out once or twice.
  7. Store in an airtight glass jar for several weeks in the pantry, if they last that long!
  8. Enjoy!
