Method
- Preheat oven to 350˚ and line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Combine in a large bowl, all of the nuts, maple sugar, kosher salt, and toss well.
- Pour the melted ghee over and toss well to coat the nut mixture.
- Spread them evenly on the sheet pan.
- Roast for 20 minutes tossing half way through.
- Let cool completely on the pan, tossing and spreading out once or twice.
- Store in an airtight glass jar for several weeks in the pantry, if they last that long!
