Do you love Buffalo Wings? I could eat them once a week. This recipe is so easy and a classic version of what Buffalo Wings should be yet it's gluten free and dairy free and no one will ever know! Serve them up with your favorite ranch dressing or my Creamy Dill Dressing for dipping.

Ingredients
  

  • 20 - 25 pieces Chicken Wings pat dry with paper towels
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Medium Buffalo Sauce I like Noble Made
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400˚ and line a rimmed pan with parchment paper.
  2. Pat wings dry with paper towels and place them on the pan not touching one another.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic powder and paprika.
  4. Bake 45 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile heat buffalo sauce just till ghee melts, stir and turn heat off.
  6. Place wings in pan and toss with sauce.
  7. Return wings to pan and bake 15 minutes more.
  8. Pour extra sauce in ramekin for dipping.
  9. Enjoy!
