Method
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, whisk well and set aside.
- Cook bacon in a skillet till crispy and move to a paper towel lined bowl.
- **DO NOT** discard drippings.
- Add onion to pan and cook till just browning and move to bowl lined with paper towel.
- Cook beef in same pan till browned.
- Divide beef into 4 servings on top of lettuce bowls.
- Divide bacon, onions, pickles and tomatoes and add to the bowls.
- Pour on the sauce.
- Enjoy!
