Enjoy this Louisiana-inspired Cajun shrimp that is a bold and flavorful dish featuring tender, juicy shrimp coated in a spicy buttery sauce. Ready in less than 10 minutes so you'll want to make your sides first!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb Shrimp peeled, deveined, and patted dry with paper towels
  • 1/2 cup Ghee I like Fourth and Heart
  • 2 Tbsp Cajun spice see our recipe
  • 1 whole Lime for garnish, optional

Method
 

  1. Clean the shrimp by removing the shells and deveining them. I leave the tails on but you can remove them as well.
  2. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
  3. Melt the ghee in a large fry pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the Cajun spice blend and stir constantly for 30 seconds.
  5. Place the shrimp in the pan and cook for 2 minutes per side.
  6. Garnish with lime wedges.
  7. Enjoy!
