Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almonds raw (I like Thrive Market for a variety of nuts)
  • 1 cup Cashews raw
  • 1 cup Pecans raw halves
  • 1 cup Walnuts raw halves
  • 1 cup Hazelnut raw
  • 1/4 cup Ghee melted (or ghee oil spray, I like Fourth & Heart)
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt more to taste (only if the nuts were unsalted)
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Lime juiced

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 300˚ and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all of the nuts in a large bowl.
  3. Melt the ghee and pour over the nut mixture and stir well.
  4. Add the salt, chili powder, and lime juice, mixing well.
  5. Pour onto the pan, spreading out evenly.
  6. Roast for 20 minutes tossing half way through.
  7. Let cool completely for several hours on the pan before storing in an airtight glass jar. I like using ball jars for storage.
  8. Enjoy!
