Method
- Preheat oven to 275˚
- Place almonds and pecans on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Pour oil over and toss to coat nuts well.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt and toss well.
- Roast for 10 minutes.
- Allow nuts to cool completely before proceeding.
- Once cooled add chocolate gems and toss.
- Add strawberries and toss.
- Enjoy!
