Method
- Chop the cabbage finely and add to a large bowl.
- Chop the carrot sticks and add to the bowl.
- Dice the pickles and add to the bowl.
- In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, pickle juice, fresh chopped dill, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk well.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mix and toss well.
- Enjoy!
