Dill Pickle Cheeseburger Dip

Don’t wait for game day to make this Dill Pickle Cheeseburger Dip! Imagine your favorite cheeseburger loaded with pickles, cheese and tomatoes in a dip! Tortilla chips, bell peppers, crackers or tortillas are all perfect for dipping in this flavorful dish. Try it over baked potatoes or crispy fries for the ultimate dinner too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef I like Grass Roots Coop
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 14.5 oz Diced tomatoes drained
  • 11.5 oz Queso
  • 1 cup Dill pickle diced
  • 4 scoops Adapt Naturals Collagen+ optional

Instructions
 

  • Place the beef and onion in a skillet and cook till beef is no longer pink. Drain any fat from the pan and remove from heat.
  • Preheat oven to 400˚
  • Add the drained tomatoes, queso, pickles and stir well.
  • Add the collagen and stir to combine.
  • Place the mixture in an oven safe casserole.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
