EBTB "Tortilla" Chips

I'm going to share a funny story about these EBTB "Tortilla" Chips. I made these while David was out running errands. When he got home all he saw was a bowl of salsa and a bowl of chips. He immediately tried one and said "Wow did you make that salsa, it's so good." I said "No, I made the chips." He literally started looking around for a bag of chips! He was blown away when I told him they were egg wraps that I made into chips! You gotta try it to believe it!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Everything Bagel Egg White Wraps I like Egglife Wraps, cut in triangle wedges
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚
  2. Line a rimmed pan with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the wraps into triangles and lay them out on a pan not touching, may have to do this in batches.
  4. Brush lightly with oil being sure to cover entire "chip".
  5. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  6. Bake 20 minutes flipping half way through. May take a little longer or less depending on your oven. Watch them near the end for desired crispness as they can over bake quickly!
  7. Enjoy!
