Buffalo cauliflower is one of my favorite ways to enjoy cauliflower. You have all loved my air fryer version so I decided to try this skillet recipe and boy is it ever delish!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cauliflower, whole head medium, cut into large florets & then sliced
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Buffalo Seasoning Noble Made, use more if you like it hot
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Shop

Method
 

  1. Place cauliflower in large skillet
  2. Sprinkle with buffalo spice, nutritional yeast and salt
  3. Drop dollops of ghee all around pan
  4. Cook on medium high heat
  5. Toss to coat with ghee as it starts to melt
  6. Once combined allow to sit a few minutes then toss to crisp up other side
  7. Serve and enjoy!
