Method
- Combine in a blender, mangos, coconut aminos, ketchup, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper & chili flakes till smooth
- Place chicken thighs in a zip lock bag and pour marinade over and marinate over night for best flavor
- Heat grill to 400°.
- Cook chicken 5-7 minutes per side or till thickest part reaches 165 degrees on a thermometer
- Plate with fresh mango slices or Mango Salsa
- Garnish with chopped cilantro & lime wedges if desired
