Method
- Peel and cut the plantains into small cubes.
- Toss in a bowl with the avocado oil.
- Add the spice and salt, tossing well to coat evenly.
- Place in air fryer set to 350˚.
- Cook 10-15 minutes shaking every 5 minutes until desired crispness is achieved.

Notes
You can make your own herb garden seasoning mix for this recipe by mixing 1/4 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and oregano.
