Ingredients
Method
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a ball jar, shake well and set aside while you prepare the salad
- Chop your romaine lettuce and place in a large bowl
- Finely shred the green and purple cabbage and add to the bowl
- Add carrot sticks to the bowl
- Slice red onion thinly and add to the bowl
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to the bowl
- Slice ham, turkey, pepperoni, roasted peppers and pepperoncini and add to the bowl
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine
- Enjoy!
Notes
Use turkey, ham and pepperoni that is Whole30 and Paleo compatible.
