- Heat olive oil in a skillet.
- Add the ground chicken, diced onion, diced pepper, and cook till chicken is no longer pink.
- Add the coconut aminos, minced garlic, minced ginger root, and jerk seasoning, stirring for one minute.
- Add the diced mango and chopped cilantro and stir to incorporate just long enough to warm the mango slightly.
- Fill the butter leaves and garnish with lime wedges.
