Method
- Cut chicken breast in half lengthwise if thick
- Place in zip lock bag
- Whisk together oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper
- Pour over chicken
- Zip bag closed squeezing out air
- Massage chicken well
- Refrigerate 3 hours or over night
- Meanwhile combine all of the Balsamic Strawberries ingredients in a bowl and mix well
- Heat grill
- Cook chicken 4-6 minutes per side depending how thick they are or till thickest part reaches 165 degrees
- Remove from grill, cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes
- Spoon strawberries over
- Enjoy!
Notes
To keep this recipe Whole30 compatible use 3-4 Medjol dates pureed instead of syrup.
