Mini Turkey Meat Loaf

Your family is going to devour these Mini Turkey Loaves with balsamic glaze. They are so delicious and just so cute too! Browning the onions before adding them to the mix just elevates the flavor and makes these mini loaves extra special!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Ground Turkey I like Grass Roots Coop
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee I like Fourth and Heart
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Almond Meal
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Ketchup unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar I like Olivelle
  • Balsamic Glaze:
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350˚
  • Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix 2 tablespoon ketchup plus 1 tablespoon balsamic, set aside.
  • Melt ghee, add onions and cook till browning and allow to cool lightly.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl along with onions and mix well.
  • Shape into mini loaves and place on pan.
  • Spoon ketchup mixture over each loaf.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
