Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚
Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
Mix 2 tablespoon ketchup plus 1 tablespoon balsamic, set aside.
Melt ghee, add onions and cook till browning and allow to cool lightly.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl along with onions and mix well.
Shape into mini loaves and place on pan.
Spoon ketchup mixture over each loaf.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
